First Pattern: Monair the BearMonkeyThing

It seems as if I save posting for special occasions. Recently, I’ve gotten into crocheting and more specifically making amigurumi. Anyways, today, I’ve finally come up with an original pattern. Here it is:

Monair

Hands and Feet (make 4)

Rnd 3: sc2tog around. Join to first st of next rnd. (4)
Ch 6 then fasten off.

Ears (make 2)
With B, 4sc in magic loop.
Rnd 1: 2sc into all. (8)
Rnd 2: *Sc 1, 2sc in next st.* Rep. (12)

Finishing
Sew arms and legs onto the body then attach the head to the body. Take each ear and
fold in half (squish it flat…) and sew to head.

You may have noticed…I actually have no idea what yarn I used, I just found it in my stash, it took very little of my tiny ball of both colours. And the 3.00mm hook, is Japanese standard, apparently there is a US equivalent of it (US 2 1/2), but if you don’t have it, personally I would just take the closest size I have and fudge along with it. And on top of all of that, this pattern hasn’t been tested, except for the ears (because I forgot what I did to get it and had to make a couple to get the accurate instructions). Approach with caution and enjoy :)

Bye,
Heidi.
